An UNTRENDY Opinion

At risk of offending, oh say, everyone! I found a movie to give an "F" rating to.

The only reason we even rented the movie is because Hylan's buddy told him that this movie was based in Washington state. Hylan's curiosity was mildly piqued, so in trying to make a quick Redbox decision, I regrettably agreed to rent it. We both concluded, Twilight is gee-eh-why!

I could list a multiplicity of reasons why this movie is stupid, but Hylan and I already hashed them out after wasting two hours of our lives that we'll never get back.

And can somebody please tell me what the appeal to 20-40 something year-old mothers is? I DON'T GET IT. Is your life really that boring? Really?

If I go on, I will stir up too much controversy, and this blog is meant to be opinionated, but inclusive, so forgive my unpopular opinion.

And, no I haven't seen Star Trek, but I think it has potential to get a passing grade. :)

That is a pretty narrow minded opinion to think that just because someone has a different opinion than you, that there life must be boring. I would suggest reading the book, they are always better than the movie.

The makeup, didn't like the makeup. And the book does a better job of developing the characters, the movie really didn't do it at all. But Washington looks like a beautiful place, right? ;) Just thinking of something I did like about the movie...

So, in Hylan's opinion were these two hours lost worse than the two hours lost watching Nanny McPhee:) Oh, and weighing in on Twilight...it was a way lame movie. Like way lame. BUT, I do enjoy the books. The first one did get a little old, but it is written from a 17 year old girl's perspective. Character growth happens throught the series, and there are some parts that are funny. P.S. We're excited to hang out with you guys again:)

Not a big fan of the movie. I did like the first book. It was original and a fun read. The next 3 books never grabbed me the same way. So, I would suggest reading the first one. The others are optional.
