Today, I'm technically 34 weeks and I sure feel it. Are we there yet? Ha ha.

I'm still wondering how I can possibly keep growing for another 6 or so weeks. Oh my. I'm also enjoying almost daily insomnia, heartburn, continued back issues, frequent trips to the bathroom, and general discomfort. Baby girl is getting stronger and so are her movements. It's all quite normal, so I should be grateful and appreciate this time, but it's difficult not to be anxious for the future, especially when standing for long periods of time makes me crampy and breathless, but it's nothing a little sit down doesn't help.
I have to say that I am starting to appreciate the "excuses" I have not to lift heavy things or do certain things because of my "state," and also the general pity people give to a pregnant lady. Thank you kind people who helped me lift my awesome deal $19.00 Ikea desks.
Saturday shocker! Now that's a good deal, since they are currently listed for $99.00. And yes, the all white ones are prettier, but they weren't on sale for $19.00. We're probably going to put two of these in our office, once the treadmill gets moved to a fitness room that is under construction (very early phase of construction, mind you, but it's framed!).
It will all come together some day, just like that nursery that is still in disarray because we still haven't bought anything to put in it yet. I better get ready. Time is ticking!
