The finalists of the 1 million dollar bake off contest will be announced on or around October 1st, 2009. So, that's when I'll find out if all of your votes helped me get to O-town in April! Ah, the waiting...
Speaking of waiting, patience is one of those attributes that eludes me. I don't really get what it means to be patient, except not to excessively worry about what I don't have and what Hylan and I are working toward. All trials are a test of faith and patience. So, hopefully that's what I'm learning--how to be content in current circumstances, staying focused on the most important things, and simply accept what is while working toward what we want the future to be.
I'm sure no one can relate to being patient for the things they want most in life, right? Nope, must just be me alone in my particular circumstance. ;-)

Ahhh! That's so exciting Emily! I hate waiting too. Hate hate hate waiting. But yeah, that's life! I think Heavenly Father has given me multiple opportunities to learn patience, and I'm sure my tutorial has JUST BEGUN!
