It was actually quite good. But it just might turn me into this.
Ha Ha. Hello Kitty Hulk. :)
I just have to find a way to make a not so healthy meal more nutritious, don't I? Don't you just love how I barely cook anymore? Oh well. At least I can take frozen salmon or chicken out of the freezer and put it in the oven. Sometimes I even roast broccoli or cauliflower. I've done all of those things this week. WOW. It's nice to have some "normalcy" in coming home and actually eating dinner before 8:30 and with my husband.
Too bad the madness in the evenings begins again...teaching yoga Tuesday/Thursday, Young Women on Wednesday, and attending a cardio class Monday/Wednesday. I'm getting tired just thinking about it.
August is going by way too fast!
HAPPY 200th POST! OMIGOSH.

Good idea! I made a variation on this for dinner tonight because I was craving MacNCheese but since I'm pregnant I felt the baby deserved better. :) Thanks for the idea!
